Educational Trip from Agios Athanasios’ municipality
The educational trip hosted by Agios Athanasios municipality on the 1st of December at Prastio and Anogira, was once more a success. Third country nationals who live and work in Cyprus were given the chance to visit the halloumi production laboratory and learn how it’s made, as well as taste some of it fresh. Afterwards, they visited the village of Anogira and had the opportunity to see how pasteli is produced and visit the village museum.
This trip was part of the “Limasson, one city, the whole world” program, which aims at the inclusion of third world nationals in the Cypriot society.
